A delightful combination of Alfalfa, Radish, Cabbage & Clover. This mix will make 1 quart of leafy sprouts in 4 to 5 days from just 2 tablespoons of seed. They will store in the refrigerator for at least a week. They like to be sprouted in a warm place, away from a draft, preferably in the dark.
ALFALFA sprouts are a good source of B-complex vitamins as well as the vitamins A, C, E, & K. They also contain calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, selenium, and zinc.
RADISH sprouts have vitamins A, C, & B-complex. They are great of source of potassium.
CABBAGE sprouts contain vitamins A, C, & U. They also contain the trace elements calcium, iodine, & sulfur.
CLOVER sprouts contain vitamins A & C as well as about the same trace minerals as Alfalfa.
Directions
Soak 12 hours, remove hard seeds, place in SPROUTMASTER, rinse twice daily
Sprout 3 to 5 days
